Protest the Hero are playing in Glasgow on 5th of March, but all of my friends are dicks and listen Chris Brown, the ones that don't like him like Slipknot.
They're all fags.
They're all fags.

Main problem is that I have to go to the bands my brother wants to see seeing as my parents dont want me to go alone without supervision (WTF I know) and he dislikes most of the bands I want to go and see eg: Enter Shikari. ¬_¬

Sorry for double post. But Snow Patrol were awesome last night. The White Lies and The Lonely Knights were the supporting acts which were good as well. All in all awesome first gig.

Re: Gigs thread
Snow Patrol are great live, starting with Eyes Open and Closing with Eyes shut is such a memorable way to start/end an album and a gig.
I also thought "WTF!?" at this post:
Last album that anyone gave a toss about from Metallica about was 2 years ago IIRC. How the hell does that mean they're bad...
I also remember people going crazy for the song Take Back The City, so -
[door].
Glad you enjoyed your gig Chris. Good way to start too, nice and chilled out. ^.^

Re: Gigs thread
Got dragged along to the Classic Grand in Glasgow yesterday to see Innerpartysystem. I never really knew of this band before, but was told they were influenced by NineInchNails.
Supporting artists were awesome. Unicorn Kid is an absolute raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaave legend. He wanted mosh pit - me and Conor gave him mosh pits!! A bit too repetitive, but honestly, this guy's incredible live - he raves and moshes all over the place. So good to watch.
Next was TELEGRAPHS from Brighton who deserved mosh pits but didn't get any, which was a shame. Great band though - the lead singer literally got raped by the girls in the front row - he had his trousers pulled down, a fair few times. I managed to twist his nipple which he wasn't too happy about, but he laughed about it with me after the gig.
Finally InnerPartySystem which everyone got crushed to fuck jumping to, me and my mates managed to push open a circle in the crowd and started the circle-pit. Soon some rave girls joined in, leading to crowd surfing and gay HxC which resulted in some of the smaller lasses getting a little bashed and hurt. We had to keep picking them up the ground and stuff which was a little annoying as we couldn't get back to bashing the emo dickheads.
Worth it in the end though, as we got hugs & pulls after the gig for protecting them.
All in all, they were nothing like NIN, but still very good. Played "Don't Stop" at the end which I think you should check out.

Band of the night (for me) were Telegraphs. They're such nice people too - gave us some free Merch as we promised to go see 'em at King Tuts.

Re: Gigs thread
Kill Hanna pulled out in place of The Audition. But they still played very well, loved the first 3 acts.
Madina Lake though.... I've just never really liked them "Here I staaaand, on my own..." - Piss off!
I met the twins from ML - they were really nice guys. Very small with high-pitched voices and on the anti-depressants - again.
Also met the drummer and lead singer from Yashin. Reeealy cool guys. I was up the front ridin' the rails for their set - amazing!
Flood Of Red were the best act of the night though. Siiiiiiiiick as fuck band.
Can't wait for Gallows.
