I heard the Toyota's have like no petrol on board, they came from no where. I reckon Vettel will win.

So, Ferrari, Renault, RBR, and Toyota are all threatening to leave F1. Good on them.

I agree that it's complete bull to allow teams who cap their budget that use something that those who dont aren't but I really can't see the big deal. For a driver racing should all be about who is the best not who is driving for the team with the most money and therefore has the best equipment.

I've said for years that formula 1 should adapt the rule that all cars should be of the same specification and it is all down to driver ability.

That would defeat the point of having manufacturers or sponsorship.

Works for NASCAR just fine. Toyota even have their own team in the NASCAR series.

The average budget for a NASCAR team is $20 million compared to McLarens annual F1 budget of $400 million.

Go watch a NASCAR race sometime as it has something that formula one doesn't. Overtaking.

NASCAR's shit. Seriously driving round the same circle for 100 laps is boring.

hmm, I've seen them in RL. In their fat carts and eating those giant Turkey legs. Nasty stuff. Still, I wouldn't ever watch Nascar.

I'm not on about turning Formula One into NASCAR I was just using their finances as an example.

If Ferrari want to go let them go. Sure its a shame about losing them but if they want to be the top dogs via being the richest then its pointless. Others will join F1.

Another team has said that if the plans go ahead they will leave as well but I can't remember who it was.

Let them go. We all know that there is only 2 people who make a difference in formula one.

Ross Brawn and Adrian Newey.

Ferrari just want the attention. Let them go - the sport needs to break from the past.
