Trial Game - The Maw - Free - 147 MB
The Maw - 800 Microsoft Points - 147 MB
The pinnacle of alien evolution, Maw is a cowardly fat blob concerned mostly with snacking and lounging. He can, however, absorb the traits of anything he eats, is virtually indestructible, and can grow to unlimited size. If he wasn't a danger to all life in the universe, he'd make the perfect pet. In this action/adventure game, he's the best friend of our hero Frank, and only by working together can Maw eat their way to freedom. The Maw was honored with the Audience Choice Award in the 2008 PAX-10 showcase of independent games.

Deleted Scene - Brute Force - 100 Microsoft Points - 604 KB
In this "deleted scene" from The Maw, the Bounty Hunters have sent in members from their new elite strike force, the Brutes, to stop Frank and Maw. The two must use powers from the Beetull and Gastro creatures to avoid capture. This part of the story occurs between the Bulb Valley and Chaindown levels.

Deleted Scene - River Redirect - 100 Microsoft Points - 620 KB
In this "deleted scene" from The Maw, raging fires block Frank and Maw's way, but with the powers of the Gastro and Puff-tor creatures, they change the course of a river and reopen their path. This part of the story takes place after the Looferland level.

Deleted Scene - Speeder Lane - 100 Microsfost Points - 588 KB
In this "deleted scene" from The Maw, Frank steals a Bounty Hunter Speeder and uses it to break through their blockade. This part of the story takes place before the Mesas level

140KB for the entire game. Technology is superb these days. Razz

But yeah, when I played this, it felt very much like a pair of games I'd played before, called 3D Maze Man and 3D Frog Man (which were in no way shape or form blatent rip offs of a certain very popular retro game >_>).

I got the deleted scene DLC today, and it downloaded instantly, so it was probably just an unlock key, which is a bit of a joke if it was already in the game, because you can easily complete the thing in an afternoon it's so short :\

Apparently it isn't. It is only 1 level from a small game, so it isn't going to take long to download.

Also thanks to Inofa for showing me this.

5th best completion time for the River Redirect level. Razz I know it won't last, probs already been kicked down, but it was nice while it lasted.

In this "deleted scene" from The Maw, Frank steals a Bounty Hunter Speeder and uses it to break through their blockade. This part of the story takes place before the Mesas level
