1. Not a glitch since its not considered a bannable offense by Microsoft.
2. It's not much of an apology because I'm not apologising for doing what I said I was going to do from the start. I apologise for the annoyance some people might feel for my actions but at the end of the day that's all I'd apologise for.

I did ask beforehand if people had an issue with it - to which no one replied negativly. This was done to avoid this situation and while I understand reservations, the window in which anyone had to discuss to discuss this issue is about 3 weeks and gone. Any moaning I personally view as sour grapes.

The option of playing Avatar arose and I took it. TBF this was the last thing on my mind when doing it - it was only when you said something on MSN that it struck me that it would show up here.

If it makes you feel any better I have:

- CSI
- Kung Fu Panda
- Lego Indiana Jones
- Viva Pinata (PC)
- Bourne Conspiracy
- Grand Theft Auto 4 (PC)
- Prince of Persia

Waiting in the wings but probably won't get round to playing until around Summer now so it could of been ALOT worse
