Yep, it unlocks in World Tour after doing the Rock Immortals Event, and after you get something like 900 stars or so. You then have to do all 84 songs in the game, and the achievement I got was for doing it without pausing once or failing a song.

The same applies to all games, you get a good achievement, its still an achievement.
